DDA Housing Scheme 2012-13 : A Way To Get Your Own House In Delhi NCR
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has plans to launch a new housing scheme in 2012.
As per the plan there are going to be 15,574 multistory residential flats in the upcoming DDA housing scheme which will include
- HIG (High Income Grade),
- MIG (Medium Income Grade),
- LIG (Low Income Grade) and
- Janta flats to cater the need of all type of buyers.
The upcoming DDA housing scheme will offer flats at various locations of Delhi like
- Motia Khan,
- Mukherjee Nagar,
- Rohini and
- Vasant Kunj.
This time DDA may announces some changes for the benefit of applicants like more than one members of the same family may be allowed to apply for the DDA flat under DDA housing scheme. But in case two members of the same family applies and both of them wins, flat will be allotted to any one out of two members. This will increase your chances to win.
Another important change will make applicants pay the registration amount for the DDA housing scheme 2012-13 directly from there personal bank account and obtain a certificate from the bank manager confirming the fact that the account used for paying registration amount belongs to the applicant.
This time all the allotment details like name of the allotee, bank of the allotee, account number of the allotee, type of flat alloted etc will also be given to the Income Tax department of India after completion of allotments procedure to keep a check.
Till 2007 DDA has allotted 3, 67,724 flats under its housing schemes for distinct income grades of individuals. The function that DDA Housing executes is that of conducting Planned Development of Delhi as per the sections 7-11A of Delhi Development Act 1957.
These scheme is delayed and may be launched in mid of 2013
